emesene 2.11.5 rilasciato con PPA ufficiale per Natty, Oneiric, Maverick e Lucid
Nuovo rilascio per emesene 2, il client msn multipiattaforma da molti amato per la sua leggerezza nonché somiglianza con il client ufficiale per Windows.
Questa sera è arrivato emesene 2.11.5 e finalmente abbiamo un PPA dedicato disponibile per Lucid, Maverick, Natty ed Oneiric.
Il changelog di questa versione include
– Experimental Qt4 gui (disabled by default: if you want to try it, run emesene with the -e main:qt4_main flag, and make sure to have python-qt4 around)
– Better support for Adium themes, including emoticon themes!
– Better working group chat
– Drag and drop support in chat window
– Ctrl+Tab support for switching tabs
– MSN groups chats support when using Adium themes
– Updated translations
– Lots of other bug fixes (so much we forgot about them? we fixed more than 100 user-reported issues!)
Per installare emesene 2 dal PPA dedicato e sempre aggiornato su Ubuntu e derivate basterà dare da terminale
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:emesene-team/emesene-stable
aggiornare
sudo apt-get update
ed infine installare
sudo apt-get install emesene
Qualora l’aveste già installato basterà aggiungere il PPA ed aggiornare con
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
